Game Design

This page is a showcase for the art assets I've created for the video games I've worked on.

Deadly Ascent
This was my first project in my game design class where they teamed graphic design majors up with computer science majors. It was an amazing experience. This first game was actually my idea. It sounded great on paper: a game of survival where the player must climb a mountain and brave it's evil spirit-inhabited caves with audio cues in lieu of a proper HUD. It worked out alright, though some confusion with the environment artist and one of the programmers lead to the game not meeting my expectations. Once I find a way to host it on here I will. For now, here's some art assets I created for it.

Eldritch Nightmares of the Abyss
This was my favorite project to work on in the class. Masterminded by Travis Addair, ENotA is an arcade-style survival game in which the player explores the deepest depths of the ocean while avoiding Locraftian terrors. The game features procedurally-generated terrain for a unique experience each time you play, terrifying audio, and a steam punk charm. Hopefully someday I can come back to this project with my since-then-improved animation skills.
